  SPD is the greatest pediatric dentistry in the upstate! I have an autistic daughter and she isn’t easy to treat. She can be a real challenge but they  take such good care of her. They are so good at comforting and distracting her during procedures. They have the utmost compassion and care with children. Dr. Birch, Kelly, Christina and the entire staff are top notch!   I love the staff! They filled my brothers 9 cavities and had to extract one tooth and walked us through the whole process and what the next steps would be. Everyone was very kind and understanding.
